IPG & SSI Announce New Los Angeles Offices!

The Independent Producers Guild (IPG) and Stage and Screen Innovations (SSI) are excited to announce the opening of their new offices in the iconic US Bank Tower in Los Angeles, California. This strategic move aligns perfectly with both organizations’ missions and will provide us with a central hub to better serve the independent film community.

The new location offers an accessible and prestigious address, strengthening our position as a leading advocate for independent film producers. The US Bank Tower’s prime location in downtown Los Angeles provides high visibility and networking opportunities. It will allow the IPG to connect with more producers, industry professionals, and potential partners.

 SSI is the IPG’s dedicated 501(c)(3) organization. It focuses on educating new film producers and advancing the art of filmmaking. SSI;s efforts will also benefit significantly from the new offices, with easier access to industry resources, educational institutions, and potential collaborators. Being resident in the prestigious US Bank Tower will elevate the profiles of both organizations. It will attract more attention and more sponsorship. This will enable us to expand our programs, allow us to offer more comprehensive training and services, and to foster a vibrant community of aspiring filmmakers.

 The opening of the new offices marks a significant milestone for both the IPG and SSI. By establishing a presence in the heart of Los Angeles, they are reaffirming their commitment to supporting independent film producers and nurturing the next generation of filmmakers.

Online Open House Coming - Be Involved, Network & Promote Your Projects!

IPG and SSI are planning a week-long Online Open House to formally introduce us - and you - to the industry. We will be promoting this locally, and nationally, but it will be open to global attendance. It will also be available on demand for replay! You should be there! Contact Shadow Dragu-Mihai to see how you can help organize this event. What can you do? Here’s just a few suggestions:

• take part in one of our planned forum discussions - topics such as AI in the industry and new directions in distribution, or

• Suggest a topic you would like to present (10 mins minimum, 20 maximum plus Q&A)

• Help host on the day(s)

• Produce a video or live spotlight of a worthy independent film project (must be in process)

• Be there for our online virtual networking sessions!

1.  Become an IPG Member: If you are not a member at this time, join the IPG to gain access to exclusive resources, networking opportunities, and support for your filmmaking projects. General memberships start at $60/year.

2. Buy an IPG Membership for someone else!

3. If you are an IPG member, pay your dues on time!

4. Mentor a Filmmaker: Share your expertise and experience by mentoring an aspiring filmmaker. Contact Shadow Dragu-Mihai to learn more about the mentorship program.

5. Make a Tax-Deductible Donation to SSI: Contribute financially to support our programs and initiatives.

6. Donate In-Kind to SSI: Donate production equipment, office supplies, or other resources.
